The exhibition and its accompanying program are supplemented and documented by a bilingual reader, a deliberately open and diverse compendium with pockets for all sorts of materials about and from the artists, the protagonists of the accompanying program, other invited guests, and the curators of the project. The inserts are texts, essays, and other additional literature as well as visual materials such as photos, flyers, stickers, and posters. A vinyl single with A and B sides was produced specifically for the project: 'Automat' feat. Genesis Breyer P-Orridge with “Mount Tamalpais” (2014) and Baal & Mortimer with “And the Sky Gave Up the Dead” (2021).
Some of the inserts were included with the reader at the beginning of the exhibition, and others were to be added at the events over the course of the show's run. Copies ordered from TABLOID will include all supplementary materials.
